Consultation in phytotherapy and nutrition

In my approach, herbalism and phytotherapy are holistic practices of well-being, grounded in both ancestral knowledge and modern science.

Phytotherapy offers a holistic approach to the individual, aiming to restore underlying imbalances and support the body’s natural ability to regenerate, rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

The action of medicinal plants allows me to offer comprehensive strategies to balance, restore, strengthen, purify, and nourish the body, thereby promoting your well-being and vitality.

I use safe plants, either in their whole form or as full-spectrum extracts, because the whole plant contains a complex combination of nutrients and bioactive compounds that work synergistically.

What to Expect During a Consultation

During the first consultation, I take the time to assess your overall health and well-being, considering your current symptoms and concerns, as well as exploring your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and emotional balance.

I use iridology to assess inherited physical and emotional predispositions that may benefit from special attention and support during your path to wellness.

Next, I will review and integrate all the information collected to provide a detailed, personalized plan, offering advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and natural wellness practices. The aim is to help you adopt new daily habits that promote long-term health and well-being.

A customized selection of medicinal plants will be provided, to use as teas, tinctures, powders, capsules, or topical applications. Typically, these are used for approximately one month and taken one to three times daily as directed.

A consultation can take place online via video conference or in person in Orbe.

If you come to Orbe and are discovering this world of medicnal plants for the first time, I will be delighted to welcome you to my apothecary. You will have the opportunity to taste herbal infusions, learn how medicinal plants are prepared (infusions, decoctions), and explore tinctures as well as natural probiotics. Feel free to explore and awaken your curiosity.

Follow-up consultations are important for tracking your progress, assessing how your body responds to the plants and lifestyle changes, and adjusting the plant protocol if necessary to achieve optimal results. Follow-up consultations usually take place 3 to 4 weeks after the initial session and are shorter in duration.

The number of follow-up consultations varies from person to person, depending on individual needs, goals, and how the body responds over time. Some people may require only one follow-up, while others may benefit from multiple sessions, particularly for more complex or long-term issues.

I will provide you with recommendations for purchasing the plants, or I can prepare them myself and ship them to you within 1 to 3 business days. I am committed to ensuring the highest quality of herbs.

I invite you to explore a personalized approach to your health and vitality through medicinal plants!
